Who we are
Loop Reseller is an app in development for people selling second-hand items in the UK. It is run by Viaggi Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom, which is responsible for your data. For anything about your data, email hello@loopreseller.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. That's all.
Why we collect it
- To email you when your early-access invite is ready
- To send occasional updates about the Loop launch
We use your email only because you gave it to us for this (your consent). We never sell it or share it for marketing.
Where it's stored
Sign-ups are stored by our website host, Netlify, which may process data in the United States under safeguards approved for UK data transfers. The page also loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches and the waitlist is no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email us and we'll do it within 30 days. Every email we send will also have a way to unsubscribe.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
